What this site is
I’m Sorry I Lied is an independent web tool at imsorryilied.run. Upload a childhood photo, get a glamorous AI restyle that still looks like you, then export a two-slide TikTok carousel. Slide two is the real photo with “sorry I lied, this is the real one”.
Why it exists
The format spread on TikTok as a Halloween costume glow-up. Most people had to restyle the photo in a general image app, then assemble the carousel by hand. Here it is one upload.
What we do and do not do
- We restyle photos you upload and return both stills.
- We show the credit cost before every look and return credits if it fails.
- We are not affiliated with TikTok.
- We do not host the trending sound. Add it in TikTok when you post.
- Upload only photos of yourself or of people who agreed, and label shared posts as AI generated.
Who is behind it
The site is run independently. Email the address in the footer if you want a photo removed.
